Welcome to London International Disputes Week 2026

Returning for a 7th year, London International Disputes Week looks forward to welcoming delegates from around the world to network, learn and discuss at one of the largest global gatherings of the international disputes community.

This year's theme is "Tradition, trust and transformation in dispute resolution" and tickets/registrations for all events, including International Arbitration Day and Opening Reception to start the week, our Main Conference for over 700 delegates, LegalTech Showcase, Gala Dinner and other social events, as well as a diverse programme of member-hosted events spanning 150+ events over three days are available via this website.

Networking and socialising

LIDW26 will be the place to meet new friends and contacts, and connect with existing contacts in the international disputes community. Join us at the Opening Reception at Southwark Cathedral, the main conference drinks reception, the LIDW NextGen Social at Boulebar, the LIDW26 Gala Dinner at Raffles and our NextGen Supper clubs.

Additional daytime social events for 2026 will also be available via this website as they go live.

We will once again have two networking hubs in the City, where delegates can drop in to work and network during the week.

About LIDW

Since its inception in 2019, LIDW has become one of the largest global gatherings of those involved in the resolution of international disputes. Last year over 10,000 people attended in person and virtually, representing over 100 countries from throughout the world. At the heart of LIDW is a collaborative ethos which brings together all stakeholders in the resolution of international disputes, whatever the sector or form of dispute resolution, whether arbitration, litigation and mediation.

LIDW brings together the international dispute resolution community whether based in London or throughout the world to debate and explore the key issues and topics, and to help drive awareness and best practice globally. LIDW aims to represent London’s dispute resolution community and demonstrate legal London’s commitment to diversity, inclusion and the rule of law.

About LIDW NextGen

LIDW NextGen (previously known as ‘YAYAH’) represents the broad range of young (or young at heart) practitioners that form part of London’s dispute resolution community. Since our inception in 2021, LIDW NextGen's objective has been to provide a forum for members of this community to gather, exchange ideas and develop their network during London International Disputes Week. Over the past few years, we have expanded our reach to provide both educational and social events in order to better achieve our objective.

We are unique in that eligibility to form part of LIDW NextGen does not depend on age or title. However, in an effort to ensure that our raison d'être isn't lost among the multitude of events that take place throughout London International Disputes Week, we ensure that all LIDW NextGen events are tailored and targeted towards junior practitioners. This is reflected in the format, speaker profiles, and themes we identify for our educational events. It is also reflected in the more informal nature of our social event programme.
